Proposal on Anti-Corruption and Integrity Promotion of Guihang New Energy Group

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the new central leadership collective has attached great importance to the construction of laws and systems for anti-corruption and integrity promotion. We are also well aware of the significance of anti-corruption and integrity promotion to an enterprise. An enterprise culture featuring integrity and probity is not only the cornerstone for the sustainable development of an enterprise, but also an important part of building a sound corporate image. Therefore, we call on all employees to participate jointly in building a solid fortress for anti-corruption and integrity promotion. Whether they are members of the management team or frontline staff, all employees must always ensure the implementation and practice of honest operation and upright and honest conduct.

1. Resolutely oppose all forms of corrupt acts. We will adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards all corrupt acts such as embezzlement, taking bribes, and offering bribes. All employees should consciously resist corruption and actively participate in relevant anti-corruption and integrity promotion education and training.
2. Maintain the consistency between the interests of the enterprise and the interests of employees. We advocate the establishment of a fair salary system to ensure the fair and transparent use of funds. No one shall seek personal gains by taking advantage of their positions, and all must strictly abide by the internal rules and regulations of the enterprise.
3. Promote transparent and standardized enterprise operation. We will further improve the system construction, ensure the fairness and transparency of various decisions, and standardize the enterprise's operation procedures. Through effective internal control mechanisms, we will ensure the safety of the enterprise's assets and promptly hold accountable those involved in dereliction of duty and violations of regulations.
4. Strengthen the professional ethics education for employees. We encourage employees to always maintain the professional ethics of honesty, integrity and due diligence, strictly keep the enterprise's confidential matters, and eliminate acts of seeking personal gains by using power and violating professional ethics.
5. Act in accordance with the law and resolutely crack down on illegal and criminal acts. Whether it is internal employees or external partners, we will actively cooperate with relevant departments in investigating, reporting and cracking down on any acts that violate the law, so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise and its employees.
